Integrated Working Processes
The Integrated Working Processes Project, formerly known as ISA, is responsible for developing and implementing the tools and processes that will help practitioners deliver integrated services and so improve outcomes for children; the tools and processes include CAF (and e-CAF), the local child index, ContactPoint, Lead Professional role, information sharing guidance and the Integrated Children's system.
