Objectives:

By the end of the awareness training participants will -

- Be aware of the long-term physical, sexual, and psychological damage inflicted on women by abusive men

- Have an understanding of the reasons behind male violence to known women

- Identify Domestic Abuse as a child protection issue

- Have an understanding of diversity issues in Domestic Abuse cases

- Be aware of what constitutes good practice in working with male violence to known women.
